1. Services

All services (makeup, facials, hair dye, waxing, manicure/pedicure, etc.) are provided with professional care.

Since beauty services are consumed at the time of appointment, completed services are non-refundable.
2. Products

Products purchased from our salon are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless:

The product is defective or damaged at the time of purchase.

The wrong product was given by mistake.

3. Refund Process

In case of a valid refund request (product defect or error), you must notify us within 48 hours of purchase.

Refunds will be processed in the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Cancellations

Appointments canceled 24 hours in advance will not be charged.

No-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or deposit forfeiture.
5. Advance Payments

Any advance booking deposit is non-refundable if you cancel without proper notice.

If H&H cancels due to unavoidable reasons, your advance payment will be refunded or adjusted for the next booking.
